January 26, 200917 yr Used to be a R.E.A. member. Best coaster I've ever been on is the Millennium Force at Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. If you're a rollercoaster enthusiast there is no better place. They have 17 rollercoasters. http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/park/rides/coasters/index.cfm Nothing like a front row seat on the Millennium at night. Cedar point is the an awesome park. They have a new hypercoaster called the Maverick. Its only a 100 Ft hill but you go straight down the first hill at a 95 degree angle. If you are a coaster fan you have to get up there.
January 26, 200917 yr I haven't been on a whole bunch of them, but I love the ones I've been on. The bigger and faster the better.

I go atleast once a year. I love rollercoasters. Millenium Force is hands down my favorite of all time. You can't beat the prices during the fall. They have packages around Halloween that are very inexpensive. The crowds aren't bad around that time of the year either.

My girlfriend wanted to ride this one and I wasn't really looking forward to it as we waited in line. The first hill really took me by surprise. The angle of it is wild. Maverick turned out to be one of my favorite rides. For anyone who hasn't been to Cedar Point, you're really missing out. I always go in October. 400 dollars will get you a weekend package that comes with 2 nights in a nice hotel, 4 Friday evening tickets (5PM to Midnight) and 2 all day Saturday tickets. That's tough to beat. The weather is ideal in October if you're not a big fan of the heat.
January 26, 200917 yr No, I HATE rollercoasters. I'm terrified. I shake, cry, curse lol. Space Mountain in Disney everyone could hear me screaming that I was going to die. It may be irrational, but they literally scare me to the point I am in a panic and in shock. So I just don't get on them
January 26, 200917 yr I'm 61 and love rollercoasters . Can't wait to try Diamondback this summer . The only coasters I stay away from are the standing ones they hurt the old knees too much . :thumb:

It was the only rollercoaster I could get her on though... Mainly because it was inside and she couldn't see it until it was too late...

Mainly because it was inside and she couldn't see it until it was too late... lol, thats how I was. Everyone is like "It's not bad, it's a beginner rollercoaster, don't worry" and I figured it must be if it's inside. THEY LIED!

January 26, 200917 yr We do the exact same thing. Stay in the Breakers Inn and go up for their Halloween themed weekend. Yup. I've been going for several years now. You can't beat that price. My girlfriend and I usually go. If you can get 4 people to go you can easily do that weekend trip for 150-200 bucks a piece and it's completely worth it.
January 26, 200917 yr Scared to death of them. I rode the Vortex once and will never ride another one again.

January 26, 200917 yr You just threw me a curve ball, HT. I don't know you by any means but you kind of form ideas on what the faceless members of this site are really like. I never imagined you as being scared of a roller coaster for some reason.
