I gotcha man....with the difficulties I have with my folks and their health nowadays, I'm overtly sensitive when I shouldn't be.

Yes....if anything he has to, to save the recruits they do have....do you know how horrible it would be to lose the entire coaching staff (essentially) with less than a month until signing day?

January 10, 200917 yr Author I am speculating here, but I would be willing to be that Coach Miller will be calling all of the defensive recruits to support them coming to Louisville, and to offer any future help he can....again, that's speculation on my part, but he in no way "wants" to leave here...

This much I do know about the situation, Kragthorpe is really hitting the local recruiting trail. Some recruits have even had their recruiting "re-opened" for one reason or another. The next few weeks will be very interesting for the Louisville football program.
January 10, 200917 yr This has nothing to do with Kragthorpe....Coach Miller was instrumental in bringing in Guy and Slade...he wanted, dare I say, wants to be here...bu he's doing what he thinks is right, and I can't disagree.... Believe me, I want Louisville wo win 10 games next season...it's obviously not happening, and may not for a few more seasons, but when this ship is righted, it will have been done so correctly, and that's an awesome thing to look forward to. I understand that, and pray for Coach Miller and his family. I just saying blow after blow to this program, how much more can it take. As a UofL fan I truly believe we have hit rock bottom.

January 11, 200917 yr empty the pocket book, IMO.... I would go immediately after a high profile position coach, RIGHT now...like USC's LB'r coach, etc... Isn't USC's LB'r coach Ken Norton? What makes you think he'd leave that position to come to Louisville?

Regardless of what the reason is for Miller's leaving, it enhances an already dire perception (which if far more impactful than reality) of where the program is and where it is going. These are dark days for my Cards.
