Game didnt take long to play. Congrats to Mason. I thought this game would be closer.

Congrats Royals another solid win.Royals got 12 points from Jordan Gilbert off the bench today.Mason was missing a starter today also in Keith Downing probally there best defender as he had a sore foot.Don't get any easier from here on to Scott County Friday night to play the Cards at there place.Saw coach Hicks there today.

29-24 at the Half.

Mason Co's Defense really played great today.

Congrats to Mason Co.

Gilbert is an outstanding shooter and B Lang is a very good rebounder and scorer off the bench. These two players will be key to Mason Co's success along with J Lang off the bench also.

The Royals just reload every year.

I tried to tell someone yesterday in a thread that was basically asking why Mason didn't blowout Harrison,This team wont beat alot of teams by 25+ but they just keep on winning and against a brutal schedule,What more can anyone ask of these guys? This team has talent and is young,It is progessing very well so far.

Agree with everything you said. This isn't last year's Royals, but they are about 3 free throws from being undefeated on the year.

A few observations from today's game:

- Subs kept Mason County ahead in the first half when Pawsat went to the bench with 2 early fouls and Downing getting a rest. I thought that both Langs gave some quality minutes in the half.

- Does Barner ever get tired? Major minutes from Phil today.

- Four big three-balls from Subway player of the game Jordan Gilbert.

- More transition baskets off turnovers for the Royals than I've seen all year. Some key stats - 20 turnovers for CC, 10 for MC; 16-2 offensive rebounding edge to the Royals; 10 second-chance points for MC and none for CC.

I think the Camels just ran out of gas. but give Mason County some of the credit for that. With the score 36-33, Mason County went on a 23-4 run to take the game over. CC Coach pulled his starters with 5:20 left in the game and Mason County up 57-37 (MC got the next bucket to finish off the 23-4 run).

Nice win for the Royals; get some much-needed rest 'cause things sure don't get any easier.

Great defensive effort from the Royals. When Zollo transfered in to Clark County I think a lot of people around the region were penciling them in the sweet sixteen, I would hold off on that, these Royals are pretty darn good.

I'll try not to spend it all in one place...:D

Great game for the Royals today without the services of Keith Downing. Jordan Gilbert, Justin Lang and Bradley Lang all played well off of the bench. I thought the j.v. kids did a great job during the second quarter. Good luck next week!!
