Beat me. I'm an awful day sleeper. If it doesn't come overnight, it's not gonna happen.

I bet you feel great. :fight:

Went to bed at 4 and got up at 1. I felt like a bum.

I was asleep by 3:30am and awake again at 8 thanks to my daughter. Then I took a nap from about 2:30-3:30 this afternoon..but it was not good sleep. I can't believe I am still awake. I am very tired.

3 am to 1 pm.

My favorite type of sleep is a nap in the middle of the day after class.

But then you get up and don't feel like doing a thing. Just my opinion on sleep. I'm already lazy as it is, once I'm down, I'm done.

Went to bed at 4, up at 8:45...

I feel great after a midday nap.

Same here...I love a nap!
