There doesn't seem to be a physical enough player and an athletic enough player to fill the TE spot.

 

Thats the only ? on Offense it seems. The WR's, QB, RB, and OLine are pretty much set. But Tight End could present a problem. The JV TE was Noah Knochelman he might get a shot but probably isn't physically ready although 6'4. Corey Bailey has a chance to step in a a limited role. But there aren't any guys you can pencil in as a guy who can block and run a few routes. Mike Sullivan left a gap.

Knochelman has the heighth but was moved from reciever to TE. He is not Physical enough IMO, and being a three sport athelete and has no time to bulk up.

Ya that probably does happen so we will have to see when it happens.

I am getting from people close to the program that they will stay at their postions of QB(Walker) and RB(Roenker). But their will be a lot of variations of shotgun with Walker possibly running the ball, and ultimately untilizing there talent in the passing game. Hopefully in turn putting up more points when it matters. :ylsuper:

 

So how is HC looking so far? Does anyone know? I know they scrimmage CCH on Friday night it should be pretty interesting.

Defense will be the key. They will score the points, but can they stop anybody?

Actually, o-line will also be a key as well as Walker's ability to adjust to the new offense. Can he get rid of the ball soon enough instead of relying singularly on his running game?

 

Depends on his ability to digest the new system and make quick decisions. They should have some of the top receivers in NKY...just get the ball to them!

The O-line is the same as last years besides the right tackle position and that has to be a plus considering how HC ran on almost anyone they played. Markel will ad the defense will determine HC's success

Looking forward to this weekend...scrimmage Cov Cath on Friday night and HC golf outing on Saturday morning. Doesn't get any better than that!!!:ylsuper:
