December 18, 200817 yr Author It may just be me but if I go to bed full I wake up starving. If I go to bed hungry I wake up without an appetite. Regardless, eating before you sleep isn't good for you at all and skipping breakfast is even worse because that too hurts your metabolism. You're also supposed to drink 20 ounces of water in the morning to help get your metabolism rate up.You may be right, I honestly have no clue. My eating habits are not exactly advisable to anyone. :lol:

December 19, 200817 yr Taco Bell = Hangover cure I usually use a combo of Pepto and Gatoraide. The taste isn't much, but it helps me survive.
