You were the one that touted Rutger's run of 6 in a row, I just pointed out that it wasn't that impressive. And didn't Rutgers lose to that Fresno State team? No one has said that Boise has played the schedule of UC. For that matter I don't know why everyone is piling on UC, they're earned their place much more than OSU and if you're going to say a Conference Champion doesn't deserve a spot then the ACC is the one that should have been out this season.

They shouldn't have automatic bids for any conference in the BCS. That's the problem.

The Big East was down. Never said otherwise. But it's still heads and shoulders above the WAC from 1-8...

I agree. I think they should take the final BCS rankings and pair the top 10 up in order regardless of conference. This year's BCS matchups would look like this:

 

#1 vs. #2

Oklahoma vs. Florida

 

#3 vs. #4

Texas vs. Alabama

 

#5 vs. #6

USC vs. Utah

 

#7 vs. #8

Texas Tech vs. Penn State

 

#9 vs. #10

Boise State vs. Ohio State

I beg to differ. I don't care what the schedule looks like - if you start 1-5 and you win 6 consecutive games, its monumental. Schiano should get COY votes.
