You ALWAYS leave yourself a window so you can say you didn't really say "it"...Smart man. :thumb:

I said I won't be surprised. I didn't predict any of them. Nice try though.

I thought this guy's name was Harris Smith and that he shot himself at the local Applebees. LOL

Did anyone see Jim Rome's show today on ESPN. He was capping on him left and right. LOL

What a surprise, Jim Rome capping on someone :ylsuper:

You think the Giants will let him play in the post-season?

Have you read anything with regards to that?

I didn't catch the severity of the injury, but wouldn't he have likely missed a few games due to the injury itself? Meaning, the suspension is smoke and mirrors????

I don't know. From what I've heard, it doesn't sound like the injury was of much significance. I got the impression that he could have been back fairly soon. But, that's just a guess.

Like he says you either love him or hate him but you gotta give him 2 weeks of listening to determine. I actually enjoy the sarcasm and humor that Rome gives us.

I don't think he will be allowed, since they put him on that list. I do not know though.

Giants doctors said 4-6 weeks for him to heal up.

This would be a better story if Plex shot Jim Rome in the leg.

That's a bigger loss for the Giants than some of the "experts" are saying, IMO.

They're capable of winning without him and would still be the favorite in my view...

I think the big advantage Giants' opponents will gain is that they know Burress isn't playing, so they don't have to spend any time preparing for him.

And, despite what they've done this season, you can't just erase how important Burress' performance in the postseason was last year. Its very unlikely they beat Green Bay without him.
