December 3, 200817 yr You ALWAYS leave yourself a window so you can say you didn't really say "it"...Smart man. :thumb: I said I won't be surprised. I didn't predict any of them. Nice try though.
December 3, 200817 yr I thought this guy's name was Harris Smith and that he shot himself at the local Applebees. LOL Did anyone see Jim Rome's show today on ESPN. He was capping on him left and right. LOL What a surprise, Jim Rome capping on someone :ylsuper:
December 3, 200817 yr I said I won't be surprised. I didn't predict any of them. Nice try though. You think the Giants will let him play in the post-season? Have you read anything with regards to that?
December 3, 200817 yr You think the Giants will let him play in the post-season? Have you read anything with regards to that? I didn't catch the severity of the injury, but wouldn't he have likely missed a few games due to the injury itself? Meaning, the suspension is smoke and mirrors????
December 3, 200817 yr I didn't catch the severity of the injury, but wouldn't he have likely missed a few games due to the injury itself? Meaning, the suspension is smoke and mirrors???? I don't know. From what I've heard, it doesn't sound like the injury was of much significance. I got the impression that he could have been back fairly soon. But, that's just a guess.
December 3, 200817 yr What a surprise, Jim Rome capping on someone :ylsuper: Like he says you either love him or hate him but you gotta give him 2 weeks of listening to determine. I actually enjoy the sarcasm and humor that Rome gives us.
December 3, 200817 yr You think the Giants will let him play in the post-season? Have you read anything with regards to that? I don't think he will be allowed, since they put him on that list. I do not know though.

December 3, 200817 yr :thumb: That's a bigger loss for the Giants than some of the "experts" are saying, IMO. They're capable of winning without him and would still be the favorite in my view... I think the big advantage Giants' opponents will gain is that they know Burress isn't playing, so they don't have to spend any time preparing for him. And, despite what they've done this season, you can't just erase how important Burress' performance in the postseason was last year. Its very unlikely they beat Green Bay without him.

Or New England.....
December 3, 200817 yr Or New England..... This giants team is better than last years team even without Plax IMO...
December 3, 200817 yr :thumb::thumb: This would be a better story if Plex shot Jim Rome in the leg. :thumb::thumb:LOL
