My position is only temporary. Graduate within a year or so, and then this guy is likely heading for the military.

I respect you for that, especially after college. Glad we have people who want to serve the country. I wouldn't want our country being defended by people not wanting to be in the military.

Call Cengage, they should have a spot open.

(I still never showed up and they havent called:D)

Haha wow. So you just aren't working this break?

According to Ray Allen he is already the best PG in the East. I was arguing with my friends about it. Of course I love Rondo, but I say he is top 7 in NBA? Does that sound legit? They were saying he is not top 10.

1) CP3

2) Deron Williams

3) Chauncey

4) Rondo

That's how I see it as of now....

Ha I guess not. . I might have to sacrifice an expensive spring break.

But it is well worth it.

I would say somewhere between 7-10 is about right. If he wasn't on a team that didn't have 3 HOFers then I don't know.

Tony Parker, Steve Nash? They were throwing around Nelson and D. Harris, too.

I'm one of the few that really don't think Parker is anything special. Nelson is solid, but I think Rondo's better, and Harris I don't view as a true PG.

Thanks bro, I joined shortly after the start of my freshmen year in college, only to tear my ACL before I could even head off to basic. Looking back I think it was likely for the best, I'm prepared to do it because I want to, and not because I feel as though it's the best alternative. Also I think the route I'll take this time around will likely be more beneficial to me and not just something where it "sounds cool".

I would take Harris easily over Rondo.

The only thing he does better than Rondo is score, which is to be expected considering he's a 2-guard....

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas, and you all have fun tonight. I am going to watch a movie and relax...won't be around tomorrow night either. Have a good one.

How'd you tear your ACL? I did that playing basketball junior year of high school.

As far as their skill set goes I think Parker and Rondo are very similar, but I think Parker is clearly better right now.

As I said, I'm one of the few that don't think he's anything special, so I can't argue with your assessment. When I watch him play I just leave feeling very unimpressed, not sure why though.

I'd done it before, but mine was also playing basketball. Was stupid on my part, when I play sports, I'd play til absolute exhaustion. I did it after working out and was looking to get more cardio before basic, drove the lane, pulled up really hard for a jumper, only to keep going forward; haven't played ball without a knee brace since. I can still move well, and maybe could play injury free now but I won't risk it without a knee brace. Not worth altering my career yet again when I can do everything now that just about anyone else could when passing physcials etc. Better than most if it doesn't involve playing basketball lol. My choice in career is law enforcement which is where my heart is, I'll be fine as long as no bad guy challenge me to best of 10 in a game of 1 on 1.
