Completely agree with everything in this statement.

When talking about how much weight Hanks lost...I think of Christian Bale in The Machinist.

Christian Bale is a P.I.M.P. Dudes awesome, I wish I could be perceived as such a hard dude, that people just want me to do movies where I am a hard dude.

Aw that is sad, I wasn't going to say anything bad. :D My friend had one looked exactly like that with the under bite and everything.

Yeah, she was only 6 and developed a blood cancer. She was a runt when we got her and she had to have so many surgeries to be fixed cause her old owners abused her, but my God she was the best dog. She loved us so much lol. It literally crushed me when she died. I cried for three days. I know that may seem weird, but..I didn't expect to react that way, but it was awful.

He reminds me of the real-life version of Robert Downey Jr.'s character in Tropic Thunder....

What do YOU mean, you people?

I saw Tropic Thunder in theatres and aside from the opening "fake" trailers and a few moments here and there. It was just sorta blah for me.

^Not weird at all....I know I'll be devasted when my little guy passes on.

I had to get rid of my car a few years ago and I wasn't happy about it. My sister won't let me get one because he kid is allergic to everything under the sun, so I told her to move out. But yet she is still here. :irked:

Didn't like it at all. There were a couple funny parts, like Tom Cruise answering the ransom calls.

It just reminds me of how Bale goes all out and is completely engulfed in his characters.

You should have waited til Christmas Eve to pass along that news.

I saw your word filter violation.

The Machinist is amazing because according to the director Christian wanted to KEEP losing and had to be told to stop. It's made even more amazing because the very next film he did was Batman. So he had to not only gain it back right away, it had to be all muscle. Just unbelievable.

Exactly...and I heard the director told him they would quit shooting if he didn't stop trying to lose weight.
