Clay County brings Zach Lewis and their high powered offense into Pulaski County to face the maroons who are playing very well right now for a first round playoff match up. Who do you like and why?

Can we get a poll please?

Pulaski County Maroons

Playoff Appearance: 12th

All-time Record: 4-11

Clay County Tigers

Playoff Appearance: 14th

All-time Record: 4-13

Previous Playoff Meetings

None

The weather will be a huge factor. If it is dry Clay. If it rains I would go with Pulaski.

I think it will be one of the highest scoring games in the playoffs. The team rhat has the ball last will probally win.

Hopefully, the Maroons will play well and advance into the second round.

Clays passing will be too much for Pulaski. To stop Pulaski it's simple Hines will be running the ball. Clay by at least 14.

I think you are kinda over simplifying the Pulaski game. PC has been incredible in the return game all year, so you better squib kick short and hope one of the up guys picks it up or falls on it.

Hines isn't even the best runner they have, Muse is more dangerous running as a QB out of the gun. Abner is also as good or better than Hines running the ball (See game vs. Southwestern when Hines was out), but head coach isn't going to take touches away from his son. The Pulaski D has played well when they have had to and are not afraid to lay a hat on someone.

Clay Co. has always had great young talent but that hasn't transferred past JV team. When it comes to playoff success Clay always to come up short of where their talent should take them.

Your right Abner is actually averageing more than two yards per carry more than Hines yet Hines carries it more than twice as much. But I still don't think they can handle the Clay passing game.

Is it better than South Laurels? They were able to beat Ricky and the boys 61-60 a few weeks back.

SL 3390 passing yards 37 TDs

CC 2611 passing yards 24 TDs

Looks like Pulaski has went against a more formidable passing off. already this year and won a shoot out against them.

Ricky and boys had a very poor second half of the season and they caught South at a very good time.

The South Laurel game was at the front part of the season.

I am sure the Maroons will try to spread the ball around. Muse, Hines, Abner will get their touches. R.C. White, Mikey Shepherd, and Jordan Walden will see their fair share of passes, also.

Pulaski wins this one by 2 td's.

I agree
