October 30, 200817 yr Well, I was all but convinced to watch but I suddenly remembered that we had just finished painting a wall of a room here in the house and I had to go in and sit and watch the paint dry, dang the bad luck. BUT, I am going to make things right and fair, in honor of Obama's share the wealth plan I am going to tell some of the kids out trick or treating tommorrow night to go home and take a big portion of the candy that they went out and got and then give it to some kid down the street that may have been too lazy to go out and trick or treat themselves but still wanted the candy. It's the Obama way......

October 30, 200817 yr I watched it and don't feel the commercial can help him anymore than he is already projected to finish. I don't believe this hurt him either, there wasn't anything new stated and it was just profiling some citizen situations. A waste of 3 million IMO. If Obama doesn't win, what happens to all of the money that has been donated?

October 30, 200817 yr I'm not going to watch. However I will have my dog watch it. Right now she will go outside, take care of business and bring in the paper before getting fed. If she goes right to the bowl tomorrow before doing her jobs, I will have my suspicions:cool: Well, I thought everything was OK last night. The dog watched and seemed to have no adverse reaction. But this morning I noticed a diffence in attitude with the old girl. When I opened the door to let her out to do her duties, she just looked at me and then walked over to her bowl. When I instructed her to go out, she just sat and looked at me with sort of a blank stare. So I went ahead and gave her her food and water, and I walked out of the room. A few minutes after this I heard some whimpering coming from our family room. There she stands in front of the TV. I thought, OK she wants to watch TV. She is a big Animal Planet fan, so I turn on that channel. But she continues to whimper. I start changing channels and as soon as I land CNN, she barks and jumps on the couch as happy a lark. As I was getting ready to leave for work I peeked into the family room and see her sound asleep. I'm not sure but I think some sort of CHANGE occurred with her last night.
