Politico reported the "Whack job" comment".

I have stopped reading anything that the Huffington Post publishes. I have found that they simply fabricate too many "facts" and refuse to correct the record when they are caught lying. Huffington Post is just a notch above the Daily Kos in that regard.

Politico reported the "Whack job" comment".

CNN and Politico, in particular, are heavily biased toward Obama. Even if what they say is true, so what? The McCain staff took much well deserved criticism from conservatives for the way that they handled Palin in the first few weeks after the convention. Apparently, Palin decided that she knows more about campaigning than some of the leftovers from the 2004 Bush campaign do and she has hurt the feelings of a few staffers in the process. Big deal.

I figured the sources would be attacked, I don't care. I am not saying these reports are 100% true, but I am saying that McCain's aides are very very stupid if they are true.

How is this an attack from me? I thought it, and have said repeatedly, that it was very stupid of the McCain aides to do this. I didn't call her these things...McCain's aids did.

 

And what was your reasoning for posting them?

I understand that. I do not believe this is a really big problem for the McCain camp because not too many people will care about this. I simply think if you are chosen to be a top aide for a presidential candidate, you should be smarter than to get caught saying something like this :lol:.

Palin should never have done such long interviews with Couric or Gibson so soon after joining the ticket. The McCain staff who were responsible for keeping Palin off talk radio for so long and pushing her into adversarial interviews in response to media pressure probably took some high heat over their strategy. Unlike Obama, Palin has not spent most of her life running for her next office. And unlike Obama and Biden, when Palin does not know the answer to a question, she does not simply make one up or attack the interviewer and announce a boycott.

I'll give you the potential ambiguity in the terminology, but if you're a national politician and you don't know that the invasion of Iraq was preventive, not pre-emptive, then you're in the wrong kind of work. If a person had read, at the least, newspapers (including their titles) they would have had no trouble with either the Couric or the Gibson interviews. Palin is a laughingstock.

 

And, yes, please cut the leash on Sarah Palin. Though, Obama does have time still to capture every electoral vote.
