October 26, 200817 yr Very good football game, The Buckeyes just came up on the short end of this one. Both defense's played a very ogood football game and the game wasa dominated by defense. I love these type defensive games...old school football. I just would have liked it alot better if my Buckeyes would have won it. Congrats to the "true" PSU fans on bgp on the win. I believe that Penn State will run the table now and be in the National Championship game. (on a side note, I had to laugh at some of the dancing and celebrating by a couple on this one. I guess it ease's the pain of getting waxed again and this time by the state's lil' brother...lol)
October 26, 200817 yr Author Solid win by Penn State as they get their first win in the shoe since 1978. A gutty performance by PS back up QB P. Devlin as he came in to replace injured QB D. Clark to lead Penn State to the win.

October 26, 200817 yr I was worried that this game might cost Penn St. a spot in the National Championship game. Luckily for me and them, they won and should roll right into a title game with either Texas or.. Alabama/Florida?
October 26, 200817 yr Author :dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa You seem to always find a chance to dance in any OSU loss. However, you are no where to be found in any Michigan loss thread since your Wolverines are in the gutter. Tells me all I need to know.:walk:

I agree, they deserve a shot at the NC title providing they win out.
October 26, 200817 yr Ohio State seems to have just a horrible record on the ABC/ESPN Saturday night games in recent years (regular season). Anybody have an idea what that won-loss record for OSU might be?

October 26, 200817 yr Defense might have been PSU's only question mark. I think they proved tonight that they can play some stout defense.
October 26, 200817 yr Nice to see our fellow BuckNuts backpedaling before the thread even gets started. This one was so exciting it put Mrs GT to sleep early tonight...
October 26, 200817 yr Solid win by Penn State as they get their first win in the shoe since 1978. A gutty performance by PS back up QB P. Devlin as he came in to replace injured QB D. Clark to lead Penn State to the win. I thought along with PSU's defensive line play throughout the night that was a key, it seemed like PSU was energized when Devlin came in and took them down the field. I hope that Clark will be o.k. and can return to play. I believe that he will, imo them taking him out was a precautionary measure. At least that what was reported after he took a shot to the head and was foggy afterwards.
October 26, 200817 yr Author Defense might have been PSU's only question mark. I think they proved tonight that they can play some stout defense. They shut down a very good back in B. Wells and the PS defensive line whipped the OSO O-line all night. Devlin came in and gave the PS offense a solid performance.
