All I can say is WOW! I didn't expect this score at all when I heard it after our game. Not many 2 game losing streaks in the McGlone era. I certainly didn't predict this outcome.

Wow! I didn't realize that was the player you guys were talking about. After he ran back the opening kickoff, I was surprised when I didn't see him come out at running back! He did also make several good defensive plays including some hard hits. Extremely impressive and only a freshman. Wow.

 

Hes a heck of a player and will continue to improve with experience and the weight room. I watched a freshman game of his this year and he dominated (granted it was against a bad opponent). He will step in at tail back next year and be something to watch for the next 3 years.

So Russell has 2 state titles in their history and one of those (along with their only other state final appearance) is in this decade but they've been "down" this decade?

 

I think you're misunderstanding what he said.

Mason is much improved since early in the season. They should roll to the third round. Russell won every statistical category, but lost the all important scoreboard one.

 

Still at a loss for why Ivan tried throwing so much in the pouring rain, with they best playmaker Bailey out of the game, especially when averaging almost 7 yds a carry.
