October 19, 200817 yr Most of the real Sox fans on this site were right here after Game 4, they might not have been predicting a comeback but they weren't conceding either. After being down 3-0 to the Yankees, no way I'd give up on this team with these players. :thumb: As you said earlier, no matter the outcome of tonights game, this has been a great series. Hopefully the Sox can get it done again!

October 19, 200817 yr I definitely feel like the advantage lies with Boston now, but I'm still not counting the Rays out. Every time people have counted them out and thought, "OK. Now their luck has run out, reality has set in and Boston is going to put them away.", the Rays grind it out and gut it out and find a way to win. It all depends on Lester. If his last start was just an aberration and he pitches like he has all year, I think the Sox win. If he's hit a wall because he's never thrown this many pitches, the Sox offense better be ready to deliver.
October 19, 200817 yr Key word "Real", a lot of bandwagon fans were jumping off. I don't ever worry a whole lot about them anyway. I don't necessarily resent them but they're pretty easy to spot.
