Congrats to BC! Must have one heck of a defense to hold LCA under 30 points.

Anybody know about the LCA QB what's his status?

 

I could be wrong, but its possible that it was Fugate who hurt LCA's QB. On one play late in the 2nd quarter, Fugate put a big hit on him. He played the rest of the quarter but then didnt return.

 

As for Fugate, unbelievable game. I bet the kid slept well last night.

I hope Whitt is OK, any information?

I hope Haddix is ok... the direct snap to Fugate will work against LCA but you won't be able to get away with it against Russell, Belfry, or Mason County.

I think Breathitt County matches up far better with a team like LCA...the Bobcats defense is build on quickness and being disruptive. They're small and consequently they struggle against big, power running teams. Those teams will be very hard to beat, IMO.
