Fugate became the QB because of injuries to Haddix and the backup QB. They simply snapped the ball to him and he ran with it. LCA was unable to stop him. LCA's QB did not play in the 2nd half due to injury.

Fugate had 403 yds on 32 carries.

Kind of saw this coming after watching Fugate run roughshod over Fleming County last week; but who saw the "emergency QB scenario" playing out the way it did.

I heard 408 and also 454 so someone else will have to get the exact stats, but his kid was amazing tonight. Breathitt's offensive line blocking and blocking downfield was pretty darn good also.

Lex's runner had a decent night also with over 150 I think. (that's d a r n good by the way mods)

Great win Bobcats and what a night for Fugate that is unreal. I did see though that Gilliam from Harlan County had 429 yds on 19 carries with 7 TD's tonight against Middlesboro. It will be tough for WYMT to pick player of the week. Maybe they should be co-players of the week with those numbers.
