Assuming that Obama was born in Kenya (which is a stretch in itself) Ann Dunham was 19 at the time, which means she was 5 years in the US after the age of 14. She "moved back" to the US and completed her college studies thus well covering her and Jr.'s "requirements" Can we close this thread now?
