Isnt this the first time the Cubs have won back-to-back division titles?

First time in 100 years they have been to the playoffs in back to back years.

Jim Edmonds has been a huge piece both on and off the field

In it to win it baby!!!!!!!! Lets keep everyone healthy and make 100 years all worth while.

Congrats to the Cubs on winning the divison. Hopefully the Reds can in a couple of years.

A little out in left field here, well actually they are in left field, but do the people who sit atop the apartment buildings across the street of Wrigley have to pay for actual tickets since they put bleachers up there now?

Yep, there was a big fight over the Cubs suing the rooftop clubs that sold those seats. The Cubs were claiming unjust enrichment and public performance of a copyrighted work. I believe I saw somewhere that tickets were sold for somewhere between 50 and 150 or something, goodness knows how much it might be with the Cubs playing well and in the playoffs.

There was even talk for a while that the Cubs would put up screens, no I'm not kidding, put up screens to block the view for those that tried to watch the games from the rooftop seats. Thankfully all was resolved.

I'm hoping for a Red Sox/Cubs World Series in the same year they are tearing down Yankee Stadium
