Why would Bell want to Play SL and NL? They should be wanting to beef up their schedule. Not keep it the same or even water it down.

Having a good schedule helps you in October and November. I would think a lot of the Bell fans would argue that has been a short coming or theirs for some time now.

South Laurel may perhaps be a decent opponent, I think Bell would still beat them easy most years, but I agree with Leonidas. Bell needs to get 1 or 2 higher quality teams on the schedule. North Laurel would more than likely not be a blowout.

I would like to see this game...But I shall be watching The Hounds! Im hoping the Rock takes it to Bell!

A game that i would like to see is Bell playing Belfry. I think these two have had a long awaited return to action. Which would help both teams beef up the schedule and prepare for post season play.

I believe Rockcastle County is already scheduled to play in the Bob Allen Pigskin Classic for 2009 and 2010.

Thanks for the stats Rebel. There are querky things that happen in High School Football with extra points, so I thought it was a fair prediction. Whatever the score turns out to be, I see it very close with Rockcastle pulling it out at home.

Kentucky quarterback Tim Couch will be at the Bell/Rock game friday night to do the coin toss! The Unite Bowl is working on a couple more Kentucky celebrities for the game also. Anyone who has a chance should make the trip to Mount Vernon for the game. Even the local churches are tailgating before the game with free food for everyone to help support Unite. Good seats will be filled early. Hope both teams will put on a good show, and everyone comes out of this one healthy.

I agree :thumb: I think that probably what happend last year . Wish Lincoln would have been there last game of the regular season instead of the first game.
