I know I will be eating a plateful of crow, but I will pick my Muskies to somehow pull this one out.

GC-20

Burg-14

Well atleast somebody still has hope for GC .

Maybe a wet field will slow down the burg. Hopefully we didn't cut the grass this week either, high, wet grass could even the odds a little. If you have home field advantage use all your options. :dancingpa

I would love to see GC get their first win of the season tonight.

Not gonna happen though. Wheelersburg names the score in this one.

Good luck to both teams.

The Burg. 56-0

Ouch....but true. Im pulling for ALL the local Kentucky teams this weekend though!:walk:

it's 5:20 pm and it's over.......... but I hope the Muskies could somehow pull this one out and If they don't pull it out, I believe they will get better this week. Coaches and players have been working hard!

Playing teams like Wheelersburg will do nothing but make a team better.

As long as none of Greenup County's players aren't injured, win or lose, this will be a positive game for them.

When I played it was almost fun to get crushed by the Wheelersburg teams and the Ironton teams. I was even lucky enough to travel to Washington DC and play a very strong team while I was in high school.

By the end of the game, your almost in awe of what a high level your opponent is playing at.

Also, you know that when you cross back over the river into the home state that you're not going to play a tougher team all season.

I don't think GC has a snowballs chance of winning this game, but I'd love to see them take down a giant. All it takes is a chance :thumb:
