Montgomery County 2008/09

Featured Replies

Montgomery County finished 27-7 with a final 8 appearance in the Sweet 16 last year. Can they repeat this great season?

The Lady Indians will be solid again this year. Their front lone will be very big, with Jelik, Colliver and Izzy Prewitt. These three along with Mackenzie Lee will be a very strong line-up.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they are in Bowling Green for the 5th straight year come March.

I agree. I feel they are the team to beat in the 10th.

 Yes again....

How tall is their front line?

Mont Co girls team ran at the Fairview Cross Country meet yesterday.

I believe Coach Robinson required all basketball players not playing a fall sport to run cross country.

How tall is their front line?

5'9"

6'3"

5'10"

Those might not be exact, but they're close.

Yeah Lee got like 14th place and was the top runner for Mont Co.

Montgomery Co also has a really good freshman player I think her last name is Taul she plays softball and runs cross country as well. I seen her play at some games this summer she is going to be a good solid player for the team as well.

You meant encouraged right??? Required would be a no no.:thumb:

Montgomery just keeps churning out good female athletes. I don't see the basketball falling off at all. They have solid kids coming out of the middle school program and most of the girls in the county play more than one sport. Montgomery dominates the 10th in softball as much as they do in girl's basketball.

Not last year in the regional finals. GRC won.
