Yes, I am well aware of the Bell Co. program. Do not get me wrong they are a good football team, and should be. I guess you don't understand my point of view. Larger schools, more athletes, more depth, not to mention your entire starters are hold-backs. I don't understand how these smaller schools could pull for Bell County when you say that they are no competition, and that there are no other talented athletes. Lets all just bow to Bell County.

Can you please elaborate for us, just who these starters that are hold backs are? if my memory is serving me correctly, theres not many at all that are hold backs. and if you honestly want to get into this discussion, what school doesn't have some kids whose stayed in grade school an extra year in their starting line up? and by saying larger schools, more athletes, Belfry has been a 2A school up until last year, IMO they've had some incredible athletes, probably more than Bell Co. it's just that coach Hilton always gets the absolute most out of his boys. Also, sir, Bell County isn't that much of a larger school than Middlesboro, the Jackets probably should be border line 4A, and to push facts further, I've never once heard Bell County players, coaches, or fans say teams have no talented athletes, so this leads me to believe, their actually was a Bell County T-shirt thats coming to mind right now, stating, I believe, "Don't hate us, cause you 'Ain't us":sssh:

Then how do JC fans say that it was 29-22 in the 4th qtr. if you were there what would the ref have to do with it being 35-7 are you saying they would have cheated.

Their is only I beleive 11 Soph. on the roster who played last year, there was a couple additions over summer, so I cant be sure about them, but of the 11 to my knowledge, only 4 of them have been held back. One of them is a full time starter, one is a player that gets significant playing time, the others start JV.

I agree, but only as seniors does it matter. That is when one can be almost 19 when others are 16-17-18, the year does help, espcially if most of the team is like that. But it is legal so there shouldn't be any griping.

Maybe so but I think that they said earlier in the thread that JC had coaches refing to.

I was there and any one who was could have seen J.C. to much for Bell.

Maybe so but I believe Bell Co doesn't take scrimmages that serious. I would say JC thought they were playing for the State Champoinship.

No that's how we do things at JC. We play with the same intensity whether it's a game or a scrimmage. If by saying that you thought we were playing for a state championship last Friday night makes you feel any better then go ahead a say it but I would say that it's just a crutch/excuse to make you fell better. I guess giving up almost 400 rushing yards on defense would do that to you. Oh and by the way before you say that stat that I gave you was bogus I just wanted to tell you that it came from Coach Greer himself. The game must of been important to the Bell County coaching staff to be keeping stats in a scrimmage game. We don't even do that.

Well let me explain this to you again. I must not have been to clear in my last post. If you would read in my previous post I said that Coach Greer from BELL COUNTY gave the stat to the JC coaches.

That is great my point in this is that who cares both teams are 0-0 and they didn't play in a real game I wish them the best I don't have a dog in this fight just trying to let you know that scrimmages don't mean anything to most team. I wish JC the best lets start a new thread about something else I believe this one is finished.:thumb:
