August 5, 200818 yr I have 2 binders and a big box full of baseball cards. Do anyone know where I could take these and sell them without trying to look them all up or have someone else do it for me then pay me for them. :lol: I just really have no use for them anymore and I figured I should get rid of them.
August 5, 200818 yr I'm in the same boat as you, I have a ridiculous amount of NFL/NBA/MLB cards from when I was a little kid and I would love to try and get some money for them.
August 5, 200818 yr If only to avoid getting fleeced by a card dealer, I would highly recommend picking up a copy of Beckett of SportsCard Monthly and at least price some of the star players and rookies you find. Your wallet may thank you after the fact.

Your wallet may thank you after the fact. Were talking hours and hours of time that would take that. It would almost be worth getting fleeced a bit. Thats why I am asking this also if anyone know any honest guys that run any shops or anything like that.

August 5, 200818 yr Author How much do you think your collection is worth? Honestly I have no idea. I would say its around 700 cards or so. There are some good ones and not so good ones. Mostly all from late 80's and early 90's. You know of anyone? It has to be worth a 500 at least but I don't know for sure.

August 5, 200818 yr Put them on Ebay or contact a memorabilia collector. Wouldn't hurt to look through and make sure, you don't have a Honus Wagner or a valuable card, in the midst.

Seriously though, if you don't put the time into figuring out how much they are worth, you can't really expect a card dealer to do it for you. With only 700 cards, it's not going to take all that long to go through them and separate the valuable ones from the duds.
