July 29, 200818 yr The sad thing here is it has taken 20 years to get to this point.All appeals and whatever else needs to be done should be over in five years at the most. We have seen in many cases that DNA evidence or other forms of evidence overturn a case after people spend 20 years in prison. If we are going to keep the death penalty, then we need a long process to help eliminate all the errors we can.

I was playing devils advocate earlier, but I am going to be straight, I don't consider a embryo or fetus to be on the same level as a person. Be that person a saint or a murderer; they are more of a life than a fetus or embryo.

Although I admit this is slower for military justice than I would have expected.

I still think that the death penalty should happen along time after the actual conviction. We have seen too many life in prisonment cases reversed due to other evidence 20 years later
