July 15, 200818 yr And one one has had better numbers (Saves) than K-Rod. All I got or what? I didn't even pick K-Rod. Then what did you mean in that post??? You were insinuating that K Rod would deserve it over Rivera just because he had "better numbers (Saves), were you not?
July 15, 200818 yr NL- Webb AL- Doc Halladay This award will be a toss up going through the second half, IMO. I could totally see 3 or 4 guys in each league winning it. I dont know about Webb for NL. He seems to have fallen off a little lately. I would take Either Lincecum(Giants), Sheets(Brewers) or Volquez. These 3 seem to be the best to date. and for the record im not saying Webb isnt one of the best in the NL but i believe these 3 are better. However for the AL Cliff Lee seems to be a likely candidate as well as Mr. Halladay
July 15, 200818 yr The Justin guy from Oakland in the AL Tim Lincecum in the NL with Volquez and Webb not far behind.

July 15, 200818 yr And what do you have to say about the stats I provided in Post #16??? K-Rod is on pace to blow away the all time saves record. Mo's are great but I not picking either anyways.
July 15, 200818 yr K-Rod will end up with better career numbers than Rivera FWIW... IMO,no he won't. His his post season numbers won't sniff Rivera's.

However for the AL Cliff Lee seems to be a likely candidate as well as Mr. Halladay Can't say I disagree with you. There are several guys in each league who will have a shot. I'm going with Webb because I think his team will be around in their division and he will probably get 20-25 wins. I can't see Lee getting it over Doc only because I think the Indians will fall off the earth in the second half, which may hurt his chances. A couple of dark horse guys in the AL are Mike Mussina and Dice-K.
July 15, 200818 yr I'm a Reds fan and picking Volquez in the NL, but Lincecum isn't far behind. In the AL it's Cliff Lee.
