Prayers go out to the Hodge family of Crittenden County. Shannon Hodge is the long-time girls basketball coach. Her husband Dennis is the baseball coach.

 

Their 12-year-old son Jake died suddenly Saturday at their home. He had no prior health issues and preliminary tests have not determined a cause of death.

 

Jake was a member of local all-star baseball and basketball teams and also was a member of the youth rodeo association. The services were held today in Marion.

 

The Hodges are good people and this is a devastating blow to them and the entire community.

 

My prayers go out to them.

Losing a child is a parents worse nightmare. Prayers and angels from Clark Co.
