Best I played against was Glasser. Got past him in the A2 regional finals to get to Blue Ash. Faced him earlier in the regionals and he shut us down, but we got to him when it counted...

Does anyone remember the Pippen kid from O'Cath around 1986? Man that guy threw hard. He threw a 1 hitter against us. I had 1 AB, I tried to drag bunt and lined one back at him. May have been the hardest hit ball we had all day.

Mike Pippin. I played with him my frosh year in college. Hard thrower with an unbelievable 12-6 hook. He left midway through the year for some reason. We had a fantastic pitching staff that year. We had Pippin, Steve Dixon from Louisville who was in the Cardinals organization, Rick White from Springfield Ohio pitched for 10-12 years in the Majors. Last I talked to Rick he was the pitching coach at Wittenburg.
