Outside of a few people on BGP - I've know Hatz longer than anyone. He also knows my faith and to be quite honest my ability to be nosey about most everything but fair. So in the hopes that everyone will be fair with me......here goes...............................

 

I suppose I don't think that it's wrong to question but neither is it right to question a person's faith just because they do question.

 

I cannot understand how anyone gets through an entire day without having a conversation with God about something. I could never have gotten through my recent surgery if my faith wasn't the strongest thing about me. My second strongest thing (if anyone knows me well) is my wanting to know everything about everything:D I don't see what is wrong about asking questions and I don't think that it's wrong to provoke a discussion.

 

I still don't see how it could be so bad if he did have a wife and a child. I've read all the comments and they are wonderful comments but I just don't want my faith questioned because I have questions.

 

Even the greatest people of faith have honest moments of questions RebelK.

I wouldn't dare share any of your "old stories"

 

I have to share a short and sweet story with you however. When they couldn't get me to wake up after surgery (had a problem with the meds) my brother (your friend) called his oldest son and told him that they needed help with trying to get AuntK awake. I am told that he said, "I am on my way" and he came up and stayed with me for a while trying to talk me awake. It didn't work for him but who would have thought that out of those young men at BCHS, you all would have given us such wonderful children.

Your faith is just that...Yours. Roman 10 is very good with this. Confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord. No man can question your faith, but man can point out scripture to help in understanding many points and I need help everyday because I sin everyday.

 

 

Ladies, what kind of FCA camp where you at? Momma works for the FCA and we have our leadership camp later in June.

Not just becaues he will read this but he truly is a dear dear man. He grew up as a wonderful young man and has turned out to be a wonderful man. It didn't hurt that he was raised by two wonderful people. His mother is just great and he could never have asked for a better father than the one God gave him. There truly wasn't a kinder man that Hatz's dad. I still miss him after all these years.

 

I think what a lot of people fail to see is that no one is without sin. We, all of us on this earth, are sinners. I learn something everyday and I am so grateful for all of you who really do teach me something new everyday. I don't know it all and am glad that I don't. I guess that's the big reason I am full of questions and am not afraid to ask them.

FCA golf camp and it was a great, great camp. Golf Instruction and Christian Worship/Message was great.

Christians also don't judge others or their beliefs...This is a whole different story...but if I did believe he had a child (which I don't) how would that make me any less of a Christian. To be a christian all you must simply do is believe that Jesus is your Savior...

 

I never judged anyone.
