Can anyone give a definite answer on this? If it isn't S. Arnett, will he still teach and be an asst. or what?:fight:

Shannon Arnett... he grew up in Clay County went to florida to cut his coaching teeth. He was D- Coordinator at Lakeland Florida for four of five years then he moved to Lake Gibson High.

He has been officially offered the job, and hes accepted:banana:

Sounds like a good hire for the Tigers. They need some D help for sure!! We'll see if the home folks leave him alone and let him work.

Why is Clay Co. so hard of a place to coach in any sport?

Best wishes to Clay Co. and their new coach.

Does anybody when Clay Co. is going to start practicing? And are they going to be running the same offence they ran last year?If so i think they are a little behind to put in a new Offence..

From what I hear, this is a great hire for the Tigers.

There is plenty of talent walking the halls at Clay County, hopefully this young man can get them on the football field. Hope the community will allow him several years to put together a respectable program, best of luck to the Tigers.

Good hire. Great move for the kids of Clay County. I would look for them to be a contender in the district soon instead of a pretender they were before.
