You must have been watching a different game than I did because not 1 Scott County player left the bench and after the refs talked to the coaches because it was summer ball they would leave all player from J-Town in the game because if they went by the rules J-town could not have finished the game. Here we go again not getting facts straight.:fight:

What caused the commotion was an incident where #14 for Scott County blatently pushed or chucked a J-town player into the bleachers about the midcourt line as he was bring the ball up the court. I know this bacause I was about 20 feet from the play and had plain view of the incident. I'm not sure the refs saw the push as when play resumed it was Scott County's ball out. The J-Town player charged #14 for Scott County and the rest was sort of wild, but no physical contact between anyone. Scott County players did not leave the bench, J-Town players did.

 

In any event everything got calmed down, and Scott Co went on to earn the victory.

I heard Scott Co. was up big against North Hardin, then they put in their younger players who blew the lead.

No SC players left the bench, but a manager did! haha. The whole situation was wild and way out of hand. I thought both coach's handled the situation poorly. Coach Hicks set a great example for his kids as he yelled at Coach Morrow saying "I'll kick your little butt":fight: and "we can meet in the parking lot or anywhere else you want!":argue: The Scott County players showed more maturity than Coach Hicks did. It sure is classy for a coach to threaten another about fighting during a summer league game. I also don't see why Coach Hicks was getting so upset with the refs during a summer league game.

From what I've heard, this isn't the first time Hicks has had a confrontation with another coach in a summer game.
