I can't help myself.

That's my top five and second five, and they are pretty close.

You can't help yourself because you dont want to catch flak for naming an undeserving Harlan Co. kid in the top 5 without having other kids listed...

I didn't know you were studying psychology.

What are your thoughts on Caldwell's game then?

Are you going to pick a top five or top 10 or just analyze me?

I havent seen the kid, but a lot of people seem to be saying move him down and put St. John up there, among other things. I didn't see enough 13th region ball last year to make a list I would be comfortable with, but I have an idea of your MO here.

I think you can make an arguement for Isaac Wilson of Corbin somewhere in there. However, I do realize this is a top five and not a top 10. I think he may be a step better than Shawntay but not by much. Id put him behind Strange as the regions top player.

The Seidel kid plays hard and puts up some points but I really dont know if I'd have him ranked so high. I know its just my opinion but I've never really been blown away by his game like I do when I see, Crawford, Miller, Johnson, Strange, etc.

We'll just have to see how the season plays out, or at least those of us actually watching the 13th Region.

Wilson was very impressive late in the season last year and in the regional tournament. Zachery had better numbers throughout the season, but his supporting cast wasn't as strong.

IMO he is not in the top ten. Did he play in the upset of P'ville two years ago I don't remember him if he did. He sure couldn't have been "the deciding factor" then: maybe this year, but Knuckles would have alot to say about that.

1. Crawford

2. Strange

3. Miller

4. Johnson

5. St. John

Well, you haven't seen Seidel play as much then. Seidel is a player and has shown the past two seasons. He just hasn't had as much help as the others mentioned.

You never know what could happen in the next 6 months...

Green and Smith from middlesboro should be on the list.

I'm not saying I disagree with you, but if you are a Bell Almuni, you aren't going to be for anything related to M'boro.

Quit stirring so many arguments.

I'll voice my opinion as I feel. That is what that membership money is for.

I can be as objective as anybody. Those are a couple of kids with plenty of potential, but ask anybody not from Mboro that watches 13th region ball and they will tell you that no Mboro players belong in the top 5 right now.

I will tell you one thing I am for with Middlesboro. That is getting a new coach. The series has become something of a joke because they cant get a coach over there. I'd like to see the rivalry actually mean something.

Plus, I have been away from the area for long enough that I don't hold childish grudges against Middlesboro.

Smith is pretty close to a top 5-10 player. He could play for anybody.

Green has a world of talent. He needs a little more consistency, but he's close to being an elite player in the region.
