We are watching Karate Kid, and we get to the part where Mr Miyagi is showing Daniel-Son paint the fence, sand the floor, etc. Well he gets to wax on, wax off, and she looks over at me and ask...and I quote. "that's not where they got that saying from was it"?........Are you serious. Am I the only one that thinks this is absurd? :lol::lol:

April 11, 200818 yr In her defense, I think you could apply something like that to everyone. For instance, I just recently got into Family Guy. As I watch all the old episodes on TBS, I hear phrases where I would literally say the same thing. "So that's where that phrase comes from." You add to it that Karate Kid is 25 years old in 2009, there are going to be people that haven't seen it or grown up with it like many of us did. Just another opinion to throw out there. :thumb:
