Fully legalize it. Highly tax it. Severe penalties for sale to minors and for black market sales. Allow employers to discriminate against employees who fail drug tests for cannabis.

Agreed.

After the way that Marijuana was criminalized in the early 20th Centruy, it should be legalized with regulation as HHS Dad says.

Marijuana is not Physically addicting. Marijuana's cons are blown way out of proportion. Marijuana has healthy benefits, that some research shows out way the risk. Have you ever heard of someone going and smoking a joint or blunt and going home and beating his family?

I disagree with the bolded. I've seen too much to say it's not.

Whoops you got me not reading carefully enough. I read the phy-word as the psy-word.

Science has proven many things that have later they have proven to be wrong on.

Does one form of addiction make it less of a threat?

I have seen it ruin too many lives for it to be legalized. I would be vehemently against it.

One of the biggest problems with legalizing it is the inability to test how "high" someone is. It would be hard to let someone drive "high", and no way that I'm aware of that an officer could test someone they suspected as driving under the influence.

You could put a box of Ho Ho's in front of them and see how many they eat.

Whole box, too high to drive.

One package, drive on.

I only disagree with the bolded. If you smoke a little of it then it's not going to hurt you. Maybe discriminate against employees with a certain amount in the test.
