Great job by the Toppers.

UNC vs. UCLA will probably be the best NCAA game in years (unless U of L shocks the world)

Not sure I'd call Louisville beating North Carolina a world-shocker...

Great season for WKU. The Sun Belt is going to be improving over the next few years.

NO ....

I love my tops and they proved tonight there is no way UCLA deserves or has the talent to win it all.

You are kind of putting the Tops down with this statement.

No actually I am not. It was clear to me last night that UCLA didn't beat WKU. WKU beat WKU. Shooting in the first half was horrendous. Worst shooting half this season. UCLA only factor in the first was love which most WKU fans expected Love and Keefe had almost half the teams points. We at WKU know that our size and strength down low was gonna be a mismatch in this game and it was. With all that said WKU shoots somewhere around 19% in the first half. Plays awesome in the second but dug the hole too deep. WKU also caused 19 turnovers more than UCLA has had all season long.

Wow!!

That's about all I can say about the comeback that the Hilltoppers made in this one. Down 21 at the half and bring the game to within 4 points before letting it slip and having to foul.

I am a U.K. fan first and foremost but I am also a fan of WKU. This team made Kentucky proud with their tournament showing. What toughness and guts shown by the WKU team tonight.

There, in my mind is no such thing as a moral victory but I just wanted to post a thread and my comments on the WKU gutsy performance tonight against a powerful UCLA team.

Brazleton poured in 31 points in this one, what a performance by him and all of the WKU team, here is a list of the WKU stats....................

They were lucky not to get blown out.

NO rebounding was 33-49 . UCLA had 16 more............

Congrats to the Toppers on a nice run!
