I agree, those two have fed off each other well. Henderson is playing well right now. I like this team and how it is set up. Soaper is fun too watch. She is very quick with ball and a very heady player. Congrats lady colonels and good luck.

Conner was hurt when Hodges was forced to the bench in the 2nd period with 2 fouls. Conner did well to cut into the lead in the third, but Henderson was just too strong down low.

They lose A LOT in Hodges, Kremer, and Johns. But they have a good experienced pointguard in Beasley, and Allison Long returns and that alone makes them contenders.

They also have a good frosh class, and perhaps the best 8th grade team in NKY. Conner's going to be tough for some time now.

A lot changes from one season to the next so the landscape may change. I wonder how many, if any, players from Conner were impacted by the redistricting to Cooper. From what I understand, Cooper will pull 600 or so students from Conner, 1-200 from Ryle, and 50+ from BC.
