I hope he is. My discontent is with the arbitrary KHSAA. I was was being a little harsh toward the SS!

The KHSAA would be ignoring its own rules if he's eligible. I don't see what the big secret could be. Who, or what, has something to hide?

 

What cases have the KHSAA been "arbitrary" about lately?

There is a court case pending between his parents and the school that would cause him to have to change schools, and this would make him eligible. Don't worry he is eligible, when it all comes out in the media I'm sure people will talk about it more and everyone will know what has went on. Until then, it is confidential and being covered up by the people in Pippa Passes. That is all people need to know right now.

Without naming individual kids I can tell you of 3 cases in the 14th region alone. Kids moved and were not eligible. Kids moved in different schools inside the 14th and were eligible. Arbitrary and hypocritical. That is why the support of KHSAA has dwindled in the past several years and they have been more srutiny of the organization.
