The Lady Bears traveled to Williamstown and took care of business. The Lady Bears have won 3 in a row and are playing well. Congrats to the ladies for their hard work.

 

Stith, Wilhoit, and West are very nice players for Williamstown... Look out 8th Region in a couple of years.

Late in the game, Wilhoit and Eldridge for Williamstown were going for a rebound and hit heads. They both went down like Frazier. Pretty scary collision. Eldridge ended up getting cut above the eye requireing 6 stitches. More than likely, she'll be out for a couple of games. Wilhoit had a nasty bump on her head. I talked to her dad and he said there were no signs of a concussion. She had a pretty big headache though. She should be ready to go tonight.

 

Congratulations to BC. They play very hard and physical. #31 was a load to deal with. Williamstown cut it to 6 in the 4th, but missed numerous shots in the paintafter that and went 0-5 at the line in one stretch. Can't win if you don't put the ball in the hole.

Its a good thing Tori got a hard head from her dad. Hope they are both o.k. does that district know who plays who?

Wilhoit should be able to go tonight. Eldridge will be back Thursday. Doctor is afraid if she comes back too quick, the cut could get opened up again.

That's all to common thing anymore. They didn't even show up on what might have been a historic night at the Deming/St.Pat game if Erin would've got past her mom's all time leading score mark, what a shame. Note to The Ledger Independent I've cancled my subscribtion today.

But Devilman, they gave your town a two page layout on winning the Freshmen Regional Tournament. I know why they missed this past time on your historical night.....Pee Wee didn't give Chuck anymore gas money to Mt. Olivet. Note: He did all the All A tournament from Deming, got some of the best hospitality food the region brings, did an article on Pee Wee and Pee Wee's son, all in one weeks time. He is probably boycotting Mt. Olivet because being snubbed on the invite to celebrate with the 15 folks that went out to eat after the freshmen regional tournament celebration:laugh:
