February 4, 200818 yr I say put this guy behind bars until he comes clean, and tells who the guy with the boat is! "Hidden camera footage broadcast in the Netherlands on Sunday showed Dutch student Joran Van der Sloot saying he was with Natalee Holloway when she collapsed on a beach in Aruba. He said he believed she was dead and asked a friend to dump her body in the sea. "She'll never be found," he said. ------ He used a pay phone next to a hotel's swimming pool to call the friend and asked for help in disposing the body. When the friend arrived at the beach, the two put Holloway's body into a boat. The friend then took it out to sea and pushed it into the water, Van der Sloot said. "The ocean is big," he added. He said he and his friend agreed that Van der Sloot would go to school the next day to avoid arousing any suspicion. Van der Sloot said his friend assured him he had taken care of Holloway's body and that the police were not going to locate it. "They will know nothing," Van der Sloot quoted the friend as telling him. "I've not lost any sleep over this," he added at one point." http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080204/ap_on_re_la_am_ca/aruba_missing_teen
February 4, 200818 yr That kid has no conscience. I think he got the girl to do some sort of drug and she had a bad reaction to it and maybe collapsed. He freaked out and thought she was dead. Not going for help was his biggest mistake. Taking her out to sea and dumping her body was just wrong. The poor girl is never going to be found at this point. Lock him up.
February 4, 200818 yr Lock him up so we can pay for him..... Forget that, put him out of his misery. Give him the chair....:flame:

February 4, 200818 yr This young man needs to be put away just for his smart actions and his smart mouth if for nothing else. He acts as if he is untouchable and up to this point he has been and probably will continue to be. I feel so sorry for this young woman's family, who have suffered for so long. All they want at this point is to know where their child is and this smart alec won't even tell them that. Even if they find him guilty I would lay a bet that he never tells where he dumped the body.
February 4, 200818 yr What is probably the most tragic thing is that the girl may still have been alive. Instead of calling his buddy to dump a possibly still-living human being, all they had to do was call an ambulance. One day justice will be served - it may not be in the courts, but it will happen.
February 4, 200818 yr Why again is this still news? And why was it news to begin with? Wow. Guess that pretty much eliminates you from any "Mr. Sensitivity" award.
February 4, 200818 yr Wow. Guess that pretty much eliminates you from any "Mr. Sensitivity" award. It has nothing to do with a lack of sensitivity on my part. People are abducted every day, never to be found, all across this world. Why is this girl's disappearance more important?

February 4, 200818 yr It has nothing to do with a lack of sensitivity on my part. People are abducted every day, never to be found, all across this world. Why is this girl's disappearance more important? They are all important. The girl's certainly isn't any less important. There is, to me, an added element of interest because of where it happened and watching how their legal system (mis)handled it, as well as the fact they have known all along who is responsible for her death, but have been unable to prove it.
