She played some in the second half; had a couple of free throws and a basket I believe. Played a few minutes against Mason County's starters but not a lot.

Speaking of the JV game, what was the result? I know there have been some pretty good (or ugly) JV games between Mason Co. and St. Pat.

St Pat won something like 30-25. Pretty close the entire way. Neither team played well in the second half. Something like 5 baskets between both teams.

Did Mason have a feshmen game last night, also? I noticed a couple of players missing that I had seen at games early in the season and I know one was a freshman. Someone said they thought there was a freshmen game last night.

I know there was not a freshman game because Coach Butler sat on Mason Co bench for the St. Pat game. Just had a couple girls missing.

As a St. Patrick parent in attendance last night I was much impressed with the M. C. Lady Royals, best team by far I've seen this year. Miss Chambers is all that, a combination of size, speed, strength, a defensive ball hawker and a team oriented player. The other two seniors (Cline and Litzinger) are very skilled players as well. I wish the Lady Royals well the rest of the season as they have the talent to go a long way. With that said enjoy this season Mason Co. The Saints have alot young talented players who in the next few years will turn this Region upside down. GO SAINTS!

They just may get that chance next year when key teams like Mason and Montgomery lose key players.
