Obviously Tate Cox makes a difference in any game. I think that he is the best player JBS has. But, JBS couldn't have asked for anymore than what his replacement #23 did during the game. Good win for hazard. Let's leave it at that.

That is true. But something a lot of people are forgetting is Warren had just played 1 game before playing JBS the first time and I honestly think he was a huge factor in this game. He seemed to dominate the inside with Jones. I still think these are hands down the top 2 teams in the region. Even without Cox JBS is tough. Hazard seems to be playing their best ball right now. I look for there to be one more game between these two.

I have heard two different things about Cox. 1) He will be back by tournament time. 2) He is out for the season. Who knows?

He is moving around a little bit and riding a bike to try and keep in shape, but he did refuse to go in the game when asked last night. That was not good to see.

Are you referring to Tate? I thought he wasn't going to dress for the game. It would suprise me if he did dress.

-Tate was dressed, but he moved with a noticeable limp and really did not participate in pre game warm ups other than just walk through the layup up line.

 

-Seth Hall, # 23 for JBS, played a very solid game for them. His defense on Whitaker and some timely 3 pointers helped to keep JBS in the game.\

 

-Jones and Warren were the differnece on the inside for Hazard. Warren will only get better as he has only played 6 games.

 

-No all tournament team or MVP, so I will give mine.

I saw this as well. It was obvious he wasn't playing. For the player's sake, he needs to stay off of it and let it heal. He is young and has a great career ahead of him.

Wonder why they do not give All tourney team or MVP? Is it because this is just the first part of the All A tourney, I guess the tourney finishes up in Richmond, so I would say they will give out these awards their.
