Coach Henley said that Arrez Henderson is "getting some sniffs" from Division I. Western Kentucky and Dayton are among the schools reported to have contacted him. Henderson has a 23 on the ACT, so scores and grades are there for this outstanding young man.

NKU has offered him. Arrez was at the So. Indiana game and Coach Bezold was talking to him for quite a while.

Very true. Any school that doesn't offer just because of Arrez's size will be making a big mistake though... IMVHO.

What position does he play? 2? Does he shoot well enough? Does he handle the ball well enough? Those would be the only things keeping him from receiving offers.

I think he's a perfect fit for NKU. Could he possibly go D1? Obviously, but he would fit in so well at NKU that it might be his best move to go there.

I'd like to see him try the D-1 route he has so much talent.

Miller is a UK signee, Mack is verbaled to Butler, ??

 

I read today that UK has grown more interested in Mack.

Both good points, but I think if a D-1 school is recruiting Arrez... They are looking for a defensive stopper. I'd love to see Henderson matchup with some of the top players in the state during the Sweet 16. (I know, the Bulldogs have to make it there first) He could possibly write his own ticket if he can hold his own. I for one, believe that he can.

Ricardo Johnson hasn't been contacted by any Division I schools yet.

 

Arrez has talked to North Alabama, VCU and Louisville. Division II NKU and Southern Indiana have also talked with Henderson.
