Is drug testing at least 95% accurate?No. Would you like to lose money or benefits for something done illegally to you and for something you didn't do?NO Some types of drug testing isn't 100% accurate, but the gas chromatology mass spectrometry test is. I put many a drug user in the brig for a long time using that test. And every drug lab expert I called testified it was 100% accurate every time. Defense counsel realized it was a waste of time attacking the test and gave up; they concentrated on chain of custody issues. Its expensive is its downside. So what the military did was use the radioimmunoassay test which was not as accurate but less costly. When a test popped positive, they then ran the GCMS test on the sample. Its was only if the sample again popped positive that we could prosecute.
January 29, 200818 yr I am all for the drug testing, and as for it hurting the kids, I don't think having parents on welfare that are drug users is a very good thing for them either. I think they should be placed with family or foster parents. I know that may be cold, but it could help curb the problem.

Do you have facts that there is widespread Fraud and deception? I don't think so, what I think you have are people repeating the mantra that it occurs a lot.
