We also need to ban public passing of gas, ticket people for jogging too close to walkers and imprisoning those who talk in the theater.

 

I might go for the bolded. I'd add those who talk during the choir concert, the national anthem, and a few others.

When London passed its "moist" law a couple of years ago (similar to Danville's), the city ordinance had special language put in specifically forbidding dancing and karaoke at any establishment serving alcohol.

 

This is my least favorite part of living in Danville.
