I fail to see the humor. Gallatin is very beatable. If Carroll plays up to their capabilities they could easily do it. :fight:

I'll have to agree.... The Carroll boys are going to be good, they just need a little more seasoning!! But it won't be this game.....They are to small and young!!!!

Gallatin is beatable, but not by Carroll County this season... unless those same 3 referees that drew the GC/Henry game show up. If that crew is there, who knows what will happen. :irked:

I remember not too many years ago that the Panthers knocked off the 16-0 Wildcats, or maybe they were 16-1. I believe it was right after Gallatin finished runner-up in the state in the All A. This Wildcat team (07-08) is not that good.

Probably not. But then again, neither are the Panthers:p If I am wrong on this, I will have to eat a little buzzard gizzards(dont care for the tast of crow meat), but then again fry em right and gizzards is very tasty!

 

All jokes aside, I think Carroll will likely have a good season, I just don't think these kids will beat Gallatin this year.

While you are probably right, if they did win (Carroll) I would not be shocked.

You are correct. That was Gallatin's only regular season loss (the others being the All 'A' state final and the 1st round of the 8th Region). I also remember just 3 years ago Carroll won the 'A' Region and their first game back after the state they got beat 68-54 in Warsaw.

Point well made.

Carroll is to young still. They don't have a go to guy to do their scoring when they need it. Their time will come. They just need to keep playing hard and working as a team. No point prediction, but Gallatin should win.

I expect them to win every time they step on the floor. Can they beat Gallatin County? Sure they can. Will they beat the Wildcats? Probably not. But Gallatin is not good enough and Carroll is not bad enough for this game to be decided without it being played. I said earlier in this thread that a 10+ point loss for CC is likely and you correctly reminded me of the loss in Warsaw after Carroll's A region championship a few years back. Anything can happen, especially in a border war game. Good luck to both teams but GO PANTHERS!!!
