J. Tamme's Speech at Draddy Awards

Featured Replies

What is equally impressive is how he interacts with fans. I had the privilege of speaking with him briefly after a game and then watched him interacting with other fans, especially kids who wanted pictures and autographs. The staff basically had to pull him away to get him on the bus. He was literally one of the last players/coaches to get on the bus to leave the stadium.

:thumb: This is what makes him special, great to hear. Our world needs more of these guys, we certainly hear enough about all the other (opposite) types and not enough gets in the news about guys like Tamme.

He's very close to my all time favorite Wildcat and I've been going to games since 1980! I really don't want to see him go!

He sat in front of me in my final today :ylsuper:

Thought he had already graduated?

Tamme had made not only Boyle Co.,but the whole State of Kentucky proud.

I wish the best to him.:thumb:

Tamme has represented himself and UK with nothing but class. He is a prime example of what a Student/Athlete should be.

I wish him the best.
