Hints for level 5 guys?

I'm stuck on level 9.

 

Try switching on to off

I'll be back later I need to find something productive to do

I did that and then typed what it said and got sent back to level 8?

Need some help on 7.

DF, if you want to try again William Fothergill Cooke was an inventor. It's morse code. I went to google and typed in morse code and got it. Or I can send you the answer in a PM...

Yeah, I got that pretty quickly, but when I type in the morse code it doesn't come up. I guess PM me, cause I'd like to take a crack at the later levels.
