I'm still scared of you.

As a young teacher and coach, was fortunate to start my career at NewCath coaching football for Mr. Schneider. Plus 40 years in age, teaching and coaching for 15+ years and still refer to Mr. Schneider as Mr. Schneider. That should tell you how much respect I have for the man. No coach I know places his players' experiences and growing into quality young men ahead of W's more than Mr. Schneider. And the thing that never gets mentioned about Mr. Schneider is that he is a great classroom teacher. When was the last time any coach on this entire website was recognized as a great classroom teacher? Isn't that why we get into this in the first place?

Mr. Schneider has been doing it the right way for the right reasons, for the kids we teach and coach, for a long time. I remember years ago when asked why nobody called him coach his answer was "I'd rather be known as a teacher than a coach."

I hope he wins 10 more. He has earned that.
