I just hope they make the right hire and are able to get the program back up. It is important for the high school programs in KY to have strong college programs. It gives a lot of high school kids a chance to move on.

Congrats to Perry. One of the good guys in our profession.

There will be a press conference @ 10am Friday 12/14 to introduce the new coach. The press conference will be held on the CU campus in the Winters Dining Hall.

He is/was Head Coach at Paducah Tilghman High School. He was at Campbellsville High before that. Coach Thomas knows the area, school, and many of the former CU alumni very well. And he absolutely can coach.

Good Luck to Perry. This definately going to be a program to watch. I hope he knows he is in for a lot of recruiting. I also hope he cleans house. That program needs to get some old old blood out. Good luck. Having good small college football programs only helps football as a whole in the state.
